Sugar Blues?

What a week! The Sugar Blues!!
Some people are just too sweet for their own good!
Seems the issue of the week has been 'Blood Sugar!'
I was averaging one person a day with a blood sugar issue! That is scary, pleased to say that has slowed down!

So what am I finding?
I am seeing people who are actually allergic to sugar. This affects the sugar balance in the body. Okay, we just don't eat sugar. Get real, please. Fruits have sugar in them, starches convert to sugar in the body. 

So we look for an underlying trapped energy which may be causing this allergy.

Have a toxic Brain?

In the family we have had an accident which I am not ready to able talk about just yet. But lets say it was an accident and there was brain injury/trauma. So I have been dealing with brain issues for a month or what feels like a lifetime. I have learned soooo much!

Lately, I have been seeing lots and lots of TOXINS and toxins in the brain. So where do these toxins come from? I think mostly life. There are some we can avoid, some we should avoid and others we need to just deal with.

What can we avoid?

Marijuana….THE REST OF THE STORY…
Well, this could be a sacred cow for some people.
Of course I am not going to condone the use, but I will state, used in the appropriate circumstances marijuana use is or should be acceptable.

I have a friend whose son suffers from extreme seizures and headaches since an auto accident of several years ago.
He uses marijuana to alleviate the headaches and seizures. It has worked for several years and improved the family dynamic,  but it has not cured or thoroughly controlled the symptoms.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 
Well, we are planning one aren't we?
So now it becomes official, the New Year is here! 
You know for sure because all the diet stuff is being advertised.There are 'new' diets, 'new' foods you should put into your diet, 'old' foods you should never put into your diet, new exercise programs and then the list just gets longer.

We all know if we just do all that is on the list we will live long and healthy lives…. just like last year… right?
 

ADDICTION? Yes, thankfully, there is help.

As I mentioned before, I wanted to share some things I experienced at the recent Body Code Seminar I attended. This is one great experience!

I met a woman who had a cigarette habit. She had previously smoked for  a good portion of her life. She had managed to quit about seven years earlier.

When her husband passed a year ago, she started smoking. She now was trying to quit again. She volunteered herself as a class case to see if there was anything that could help her quit. This was on Thursday.
